Tim Blane is a singer/songwriter, composer, and producer. From 2006-2011, he released 3 albums and toured the U.S., sharing the stage with acts like the Goo Goo Dolls, Cake, and Fabolous. 

He was nominated for a Boston Music Award, was twice a finalist in the Starbucks Songwriting Competition, and has 15 different Ourstage.com songwriting wins. 

 

 
Since 2009, he has been seen in millions of homes teaching guitar and piano lessons as the teacher in Apple’s “Garageband” program. Tim also teaches “Music Theory for Songwriters” classes at the Songwriting School of Los Angeles.

 

His song “Magnetic” was a finalist of the 2011 International Songwriting Competition, and CAA’s 2009 "Cassandra Report" named him an artist to watch.
